Moderator

Jordan Rathlev is Executive Vice President at Related Ross, where he oversees nearly 2.8 million square feet of office portfolio and a 3.5 million square foot development pipeline in West Palm Beach, including 10 and 15 CityPlace. He serves on the board of the WPB Downtown Development Authority and the Corporate Partners Executive Committee at the Kravis Center.

Margit Brandt is a luxury real estate advisor based in Palm Beach. Named the #1 agent in Florida by Agent Arena in 2026 and ranked in the Top 20 nationally by RealTrends, she has closed or has pending over $1.35 billion in sales and holds roughly 25% market share in ultra-luxury waterfront properties above $10 million.

Andrew Sciame is Founder & CEO of Sciame Palm Beach, one of the island's premier luxury builders, known for applying exacting construction standards to Palm Beach's most distinguished residential projects.

Kyle Bartholomew Fant, AIA NCARB IDSA, is Founding Principal & Partner of his Palm Beach firm. A licensed architect, interior designer, and industrial designer, he blends classical proportion with contemporary vision. He's an active Chamber member and volunteers with First Tee, EXCEL Mentoring, and the Norton Museum's Emerging Collectors Council.

Dereck Hough is CEO of Pembrooke & Ives, having joined the firm in 2025 after more than a decade in entrepreneurship and real estate development, including founding a vertically integrated development firm. He's now guiding Pembrooke & Ives into its next chapter as a multigenerational luxury design practice.
