Nidia is an independent tax advisor for private businesses, individuals and families. She specializes in accounting and taxes for legal entities such as Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships, C Corporations and S Corporations.

Nidia graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado in August of 1994. Not soon after she took the roll of Editor for the 1997 edition of: “Using Financial Accounting Solutions Manual”, which was nationally published.

Nidia began her career with Arthur Andersen in Denver as a Staff Accountant specializing in the development of accounting systems for large businesses.
