Health at Home is a Medicare-certified home health and private duty care agency serving Palm Beach County and Southeast Florida from our Boynton Beach and Port St. Lucie branches. Our skilled home health services include nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social work, delivered under physician orders and covered by Medicare. Our private duty division provides non-medical caregiving and private duty nursing on a flexible schedule, from a few hours a week to 24-hour and live-in care, including personal care, companion care, respite care, transportation, and specialized support for clients living with Alzheimer's and dementia. Families come to us after a hospital stay, a surgery, a fall, or a diagnosis that makes staying safely at home harder than it used to be. Every caregiver and clinician is screened, licensed, insured, and supervised by our local clinical team. We accept Medicare, private pay, and most long-term care insurance policies, and we can typically start care quickly, including same-day assessments in urgent situations.
