An accomplished Executive as well as an ICF certified Leadership Coach,

Tina is the Executive Advisor at Frisbie Group Tina is the only non-family Board

Member in this family office.

25+ years in global C-Suite roles, Tina also founded four successful businesses,

including her coaching practice, Epiphany Leadership Coaching, LLC

She is the Honorary Global Ambassador of Female Wave of Change that she

launched in the USA in 2017. Tina was elected to the President’s Council at St.

Thomas Aquinas College. where she continues to serve since 2018. Her ‘truthseeking’

character has led Tina to support BYkids since 2012 and in 2025, she joined

the Board of this innovative non-profit.

Above all else, Tina is blessed to be a mother and a grandmother.
